Icebreaker Drops
So I've ran the nightfall with all 3 characters both weeks so far, outta curiosity how many people have received the Icebreaker from the Sunrise Bounty yet, and how long did it take you?

2 Replies0/4 so far. If they want all this RNG to be the thing, they need to quit with 3 of Coins. [Ps, I know 3oC won't drop IB]. Getting an exotic after certain activities in year 1 was a lot better, in my opinion, than just using a consumable and getting an engram.

I was fortunate to get it to drop yesterday. I ran the sunrise bounty 3X this week ( landing IB on my 2nd character) and two times last week.

Got it 2ed try . Took me 6 weeks to get the new thorn quest , welcome to random .

I ran the NF x3 and nothing, I have everything done in the Dawning I'm just waiting for that ice breaker drop.

I heard last weeks numbers were at about a 5 percent drop rate and I'm 0 for 6 after this week. That means that it could be 7 weeks or more before I get it. I hope it doesn't take that long as it and the new warlock gloves are the only exotics I have left in the game.

That also includes ALL weapons, armor and class items. Ran the Nightfall with my son who rarely plays Destiny. Guess who gets the Icebreaker? This kid has all the luck!

2 RepliesNobody in my clan, including myself has gotten it yet. So roughly 20-25 sunrise bounties between all of us and still no icebreaker. I feel they gave it a really low drop rate and once the dawning is over it'll go into the normal loot table...so my advice is to start hoarding exotic special engrams.

9 RepliesI ran last week with 3 characters and nothing , this week ran 2 characters, nothing , then one friend of a friend said , finish the Nightfall , DO NOT OPEN THE BOUNTIE.. goto the Tower and open it there, i called BS , but nothing else worked yet, so what the heck , landed on the Tower, opened the completed bountie, low and behold 370 Icebreaker... finally... hope it works for you guys n gals... good luck hunting.
