Much respect to the pvp players who...
Despite the meta take their NLB, ghost bullet filled HC's, use side arms, Don't use clever dragons or matadors. You guys are awesome. Keep fighting that meta your own way. So much more satisfaction in every kill. To those who are all about the meta do not feel insulted, that is not the intent of my post.
Edit--- I have really enjoyed this thread. Finaly something positive and chill. Thank you guys.

I do think people sleep on the hawkmoon now with the vendor roll palindrome being so good but the damage you can get from the three luck in the chamber bullets is what keeps me coming back. With tlw it's really fun to use and was a challenge to "get gud" with. That being said I do have a god roll matador that is also fun to just blast people with from across the map

I sometimes use CD, Matador and that is reserved for when I am struggling against better players or need a momentum boost when I'm struggling. But in general I use Boolean Gemini, sidearms, Queenbreakers Bow, invective, Hard Light and many other guns that are slightly rubbish. Much fun

3 RepliesI used to be anti-meta but then I thought about it. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Someone stronger than you will take them down. Whenever there is a meta, I'm going to abuse it until they fix it. (Only if it's OP of course. Unlike Mida, which wasn't OP but I digress.) If you hate the meta, join 'em. Talk about how broken the meta is, but continue to use it. I think someone doing this can take a little hate and be called a hypocrite. Like me! I hate this meta. I think it's broken with little to no diversity without putting myself at a disadvantage, but I use it to prove how broken it is.

2 RepliesIt is not the guns, it is the perks. Just like no land beyond, the perk of the aim assist far out weighs any other sniper and that is why people use it... mostly with a meta matador or side arm. The mida meta from yore was the perk that everyone would have. The clever dragon dropped faster for everyone and thus raising the chances for god rolls and that is why people are using them. Most players do not get a pathetic rolled gun and run with it. There are plenty of guns that compete with or beat the current meta, but the issue is getting the roll that gives you the advantage. A grasp or hopscotch with small bore, high caliber rounds, and glass half full will own the same rolled cd... but the grind to get the roll is a lot harder than running iron banner to get tons of choices on the clever.
