Should SRL be a monthly event like Iron Banner?
SRL is quite frankly my favorite event to come to Destiny. Wouldn't it be nice to have it once a month or every other month?

1 ReplyYes but only if they come out with a few new maps. The same ones get boring fast. Or even better yet, battle racing. Add weapons like on the fallen vehicles.

It should be permanent. Just have the gear drop at 3 defense instead of it going to 400. Its better than everything else in destiny right now at least..

Yeah but we got the next best thing, it's sticking around in private matches. Who knows maybe we'll get some SRL tournaments.

9 RepliesThe gamer population is too small for SRL to be a monthly event. Furthermore, as new activities are added to Destiny the population is distributed among more of them, which increases the wait times for matchmaking. A second reason against the idea of a monthly event concerns activity rewards and development cost. Handling rewards becomes increasingly complex when another activity is added. And how would development for a monthly SRL event be funded? Development is not free. Employees must be paid to develop new tracks and rewards.

What they should do is make it so that when you complete an objective from the book , it unlocks an exotic to be used with it . That way by the end of the event , you have a sparrow that has Ice breakers mounted on the sides , a gjallarhorn shooting from the front , and bad jujus shooting from the back . and the sparrow should be called " little light "
