Artifacts and ghosts at higher light really need to be more common, for instance I have a ton of everything else, but not a single artifact over 380, and only 1 ghost at 383. I should have at least a couple of each over 380 by now but they hardly ever drop! Come on now. My light level shouldn't be getting messed up by things that hardly do anything for my character.
