Not such a big fan of skill based rewards however, everyone should get something whether it be a blue engram, strange coin or something. I get irritated when I play (and do well) only to be the ONLY person in the team that gets absolutely nothing. I do well, I sometimes get nothing. I do REALLY poorly, I get nothing. This has to change. RNG is fine as far as dealing out weapons/armor and such but everyone should get a little something each match.
