It is completely unknown if this Emote will be available for purchase directly from Tess Everis again. Alternatively, the Strange Dance Emote is available randomly from purchasing the [b]Winter 2015 Emote Mystery Bag[/b]. It is completely unknown which Emote you will receive, though. You can inspect the Mystery Bag to see which Emotes are available in it.
