That being said it looks at what you have equipped on your character, not in your vault or kiosk. Before decripting any primary exotic engram, fill your character inventory with exotics, especially those that constantly drop for you. This will increase the chance that it will give you what you need (missing) instead of some other exotic you already have.

4 RepliesDo your Nightfalls and Raids every week, spam Three of Coins, and pray to RNGsus. That's all you can do. Xur can't sell it, so you are at the mercy of a roulette wheel if you want the Jade Rabbit.

Jade rabbit and zen motor are currently ps4 only. I know a lot of xbox players are unhappy but it's the way bussiness work. They will be out for you when rise of iron is released.
