Can we please stop the carries for ToO. It's getting ridiculous. I'm tired of coming across god like players carrying sub par players but wiping out my team every time. Once you have gone flawless for the week on that character you need to be locked out of trials or put into a different lobby against only players that have gone flawless that week. It will be like the Champion bracket for trials but still giving the guardians a chance to go to the lighthouse who have not made it there for the week.

1 ReplyI'm convinced Bungie made Trials for streamers.....it fills the entire picture and actually increases their saturation of the market, there's no real reason for regular players to play, it dosnt add to the game, not like a Raid ....but it brings in the streamers and that's good for business.

2 RepliesSpeaking of trials what's the map
-
4 RepliesIf you lose a 3v1 or 3v2 every week, you don't deserve to play Elimination, much less Trials of Osiris.
Once you have gone flawless for the week on that character you need to be locked out of trials or put into a different lobby
How would this stop carries?
-
1 ReplyIf this happened. The longer you waited to play Trials, the easier it would be to go flawless.. Hell even the god tier MLG aimbot players could just put it off until Monday night.. Then it doesn't matter does it? It would weave out some players, yes, but some would just put it off to farm easy wins and KD boost..

Edited by Masko: 7/22/2016 3:43:50 PMIf you can't beat one guy with 2 other people by your side then, well... Maybe try some strikes, yeah? Like, most streamers do a double carry. So all you need to do is take out that 1 guy. Do you know what his prime strategy is at that point? It's baiting people into a 1v1. How about you try and not get baited?

Or you can just not play ToO

4 RepliesSimple put light house wins in their own pool each week
-
And yet, op has gotten carried flawless at least once

22 RepliesEdited by Juice: 7/22/2016 3:03:34 AM5 tiers based on ELO You play in the tier of the average of your ELO. 5 different emblems for each tier. Tier 1: ELO Bronze Tier 2: ELO Silver Tier 3: ELO Gold Tier 4: ELO Platinum Tier 5: ELO Diamond Pros: Carries still happen Even matches throughout More people experience the thrill of a flawless pass More people play trials Elites can wear their flawless emblem with pride The experience is more enjoyable for all Players can get better against even comp Less complaining on forums More awesome and epic moments to share on the community Cons: Lack of exclusivity of flawless club. Highest tier would be too hard for the elite players. Anymore pros or cons of a tiered system?

4 RepliesWow you lose to carries that embarrassing can't win a 3v2
-
I can't blame someone for doing what he/she needs to do to win, short of cheating. And having better players help you through a difficult battle is not cheating in my book. It's teamwork. I've never been to the lighthouse myself, but I'm not gonna get jealous and cry for the banishment of better players just cause they beat me fair and square. I'm gonna put on my big boy underwear and take it like a man and try try again. I'd suggest you all do the same.

Why not try to take out the carrier, leaving the other 2 to try and fend for themselves?
-
If one person can wipe your whole team you didn't have much hope anyways. If you going up against even 2 people carrying one that's better than running against three good players. Besides if I can only go flawless once I'll carry without boons and keep wiping cards until I help my friends flawless then Monday night I'll grab two good players and burn through a card.
-
6 RepliesSorry dear, that carrier is just better. You are playing a competitive mode expect to face competitive players. That player could wipe your team while having week team mates, they deserve winning more than you
-
Great idea!!

What if its a birthday present?
-
1 ReplyWhy not just let the lighthouse be a permanent loot box, that you can just pick up if you lose 7 times in a row. Sarcasm may be present
-
Translation:"I'm tired of losing to 3 player teams with a 1 player handicap."
-
I think that just means you're not as good as the people getting carried. Git gud.
-
2 RepliesWait so basically your only fighting 2 people. And ya still lost? Smh
-
If you can't beat a team carrying, that's on you. Also, don't you realize people that do carries will just refrain from completing a flawless card?
