Hello TektiticGlobe92. Having an Eververse license on an item means you own the item on that account (example: buying 1 of the emotes from the Eververse Trading Company will give you a license for that emote so you can use it on all your characters).

Having an Eververse license simply means that you own the item; you bought it from the Eververse store or obtained it from a Nightfall.
