So I got this dropped today for the first time in year 2, I did get it back in year one but I didn't really like Auto Rifles so it got dismantled. Is it decent in PvP? What is your preferred roll on this weapon?.
You can check it out on my Warlock.

1 ReplyLove Shadow Price.. and you have a mighty fine one. I still have my year 1, haven't been lucky enough to get a year 2 yet. Enjoy.

2 RepliesEdited by illestdood: 7/14/2016 6:12:59 PMYours, if you use red-dot oes and perfect balance should be a major threat in pvp at mid range. It's not as good up close, but if you have good movement in your playing it should do well. I have one with red-dot oas, persistence, smallbore and third-eye and I like how it performs in pvp.

2 RepliesAll auto rifles oif that type are garbage

I just want one...

6 RepliesI have an answering chord on my warlock that's great... similar, but mine is better.

Terrible in Crucible

3 RepliesCheck my lock. Got it from the Vanguard. Great for PvP, meh for PvE

1 ReplyEdited by bragdon78: 7/14/2016 4:23:31 PMIt reminded me of the vanquisher from year 1 (i loved that gun) I like it a lot but I think I like the red spectre more. And I just got a decent her memory and I think I like that more than the other 2.

I have a hysterical SP - unlike most "strategy rolls," mine has maxxed-out reload (oiled frame+spray and play). I've never, ever bothered with oiled frame (like, who does, lol) but Price's base stats are pretty good. Anyway, the thing chews through ammo like nobody's business - but it's much better than I would have given it credit for.

Nice, I got a somewhat similar roll on my Grim Citizen III last night. Experimenting with the two stability perks to see which I prefer.
-
Wow, great roll. With persistence and counterbalance I would have gone with a range perk in middle tier, but since You don't have one, definitely go Perfect Balance. Thing will have little to no recoil. Also go Red Dot OES for PvP. I'm jealous. It does well in Crucible on right map. I have one with good roll, but not a max stability roll like that.

Still have the yr1 version. Final got yr2. Love this gun.
-
1 ReplyI have it with max stability and a good scope it's amazing
-
3 RepliesExcellent roll, I'd go red dot myself though, possibly even the scope depending on how stable all those perks makes it.
-
1 ReplyIt's got counterbalance... It's immediately better than any auto rifle without it. Persistence on a high impact auto is alright, but its not the greatest.
-
2 RepliesIt's a good looking gun but I'd use one of the other 2 perks in the tree
-
1 ReplyYour link works fine. That looks like a fine weapon, good sir.
-
3 RepliesSince it has persistence perfect balance and counterbalance I'd switch it to armor piercing for that added impact. Try that out and see how it does. The stability shouldn't change that much. (Mine didn't anyways)
-
2 RepliesI can't see it but I use shadow price on pvp a the time. I suck but that's not the guns fault but it has helped me out.
-
1 ReplyI can't see your roll because this was posted 3 hours ago and you now have 2 Mida's and something equipped on your characters. (Use Mida much? lol) I have my 3 best rolls equipped on all my characters, I dismantled the other 2 because they had similar rolls. I don't use them because Doctrine still outguns you and I prefer pulse/Hand cannons. I can't bring myself to dismantle them because I got rid of my Y1 Shadow price when Bungo decided to nerf the crap out of AR's and i'm not doing that again lol.

9 RepliesList the perks ya bum.
-
1 ReplyOh come on you know that's a great roll on an auto rifle
-
1 ReplyCongrats on the perfect roll. That is what you are really looking for with this post, right?

1 ReplyEdited by heyitsToki: 7/13/2016 5:25:40 PMI'll put it this way...I still have my year 1. It still decimated in pvp to this day...the perks aren't that bad. Glass half full, armor piercing rounds or perfect balance and persistence and life support
