Why throwing knife should not 1 shot! (If Bungie buffs Throwing Knife)
I have 2 reasons why It should not.
1. It's a melee. (DUH)
No other melee 1 shots so why should the Throwing Knife 1 shot? What makes the Throwing Knife so special? From other melees?
2. It would not be fair.
Like i said no other Subclass/Melee can 1 shot. So the Titans and Warlocks are not going to be happy. And there would be a LOT of talk about balance and the community would be in a mess.

They already nerfed throwing knife, why is this post even here? Also you are right, no melee should one shot.....SO THEN WHY THE -blam!- CAN SHOULDER CHARGE STILL ONE HIT ESPECIALLY AFTER THROWING KNIFE GOT NERFED ALONG WITH BOTH OTHER HUNTER SUBCLASSES?!?!?!

It usually doesn't one shot you. I've survived plenty of throwing knives to the body, but its the headshots that'll kill you.

They should one shot because they easily take the most skill to use, just change the perk that gives you two knives to gives you 1 knife with extra damage, hence a 1 shot

It was changed because knife juggler throwing knife was blatantly op. That said, since the issue was with incen blade, they should have just changed the burn from 7 to 6 and buffed it by 20% in pve to compensate.

7 RepliesNo other character has a 1 shot melee huh you sure because I'm pretty much sure shoulder charge from a Titan is a one hit kill. And they have infinite of that plus there is no accuracy in it.

13 RepliesAs a Titan only player, it's bullshit that a throwing knife can't one-hit kill to the head. It has limited range and no aim-assist. It's hard to use and has a typical melee cooldown. What's the problem, Bungie?

It easily takes the most skill out of all melees. The stupidity of op makes me want to go back to teaching pre-k since they're clearly -blam!-ing up now.

Defender can wail at you until he gets overshields. He doesn't lose his charge until then. I don't think knives give any good buffs, and when your relying on skill (it takes skill. Don't deny it) to get a regular kill, it should OHK.

12 RepliesBecause percision kills instantly recharge your knife, giving you basically infinite throwing knives. Just shot once with a hand cannon and while in ads throw the knife. It will go straight to the head. The knife has some degree of auto locking on a target.
