That's actually a rare glitch that some people, unfortunately, take advantage of. To my knowledge when it happens they can only kill with abilities (grenade, melee, super).
Also, the forums have an anti name-and-shame policy so don't be surprised if this post gets removed by a moderator if they find it.

That's ok if they remove this thread I did not know of the no name policy I'll just use the In Game report player from now on. And just put a post of what glitches or hacks I see on the forum (no names included)
