Hacker deleted sons account, anything bungie can do?
So my 11 year old son just had some scumbag loser hacker get into his xbox one and delete his level 40 characters - is there any type of roll back or anything at all bungie can do?
He's devastated after putting in so many hours into his character just to have some scumbag punk destroy it for him.
Please help!

Your son had to give out his login information to someone at some point. It is unfortunate, but Bungie isn't going to help. They are busy figuring out how to nerf Grasp of Malok.
