How many people guys (or girls) play as the other gender? And why in the comments.

In the various RPGs that I've played over the years, I've played about a third as a female character despite being a male in real life. Several of these games presented interesting opportunities for character development by playing as the female role including the metroid series (Samus Aran), Mass Effect (Fem Shep), etc. Some games even had mechanics that allowed gender swapping within the game (e.g. Dark Souls 2's gender swapping coffin). Sometimes playing in the context of the opposite gender just makes for a deeper playing experience.

I got both but I raise the Tomb Raider answer

Where is the both option?

Long ago some friends and I tested the jumping height of the female hunter vs male hunter and it was actually a tiny bit better than the male hunter. Not sure about now though. We made sure the armor and weapons we used had no affect on our agility and selected the same options for our subclasses [we used the same subclass of course]. I wonder if the same goes for titans and warlocks....?

2 RepliesI'm a guy first of all. I just like the female hunter more. Cause of DAT ASS

Because I like how female Titans look. Male Titans are too "bulkly" to the point its ridiculous. More like fat as fuck.
-
I play as a female because the female look better in there armor.

1 ReplyMale warlocks look terrible (used to have one and deleted it) made a mistake choosing a female hunter look pretty shit. Titan i can go either way but mine is male
-
My Warlock is Awoken female, I tried to make her look like the Queen (because she's hot). When I play as my Warlock I don't get a lot done but on a positive note:
My forearms are HUGE!
Needs third option for "both/trans" My main is male. the other two are the two bi#!3$ that go out at night and make my money ;)

Warlock is a male, Titan is a male, Hunter is a female. Why? Because women are sneaky backstabbing invisible one shotting trollops ........so I figured it was appropriate ;-)
#jayplay
I made my hunter an exo lady...sounded like a good idea

I used to have all three male Characters, then I decided to restart my Warlock and make it a female just to add some diversity.

7 RepliesDestiny is actually one of the games mentioned by Anita Sarkeesian in her attempt to smear gamers as sexist. She claims the way the female guardians sit down, in contrast to how the males sit, is sexist. You can't make this stuff up. I imagine if a male chooses to play as a male character, he is considered sexist for promoting masculinity. If a male decides to play as a female character he is considered sexist for sexual objectification. She also believes the makers of Arkham Knight are sexist for covering Batman's bumbum with a cape, so i suppose all hunters are sexists.

I have three characters and wanted to showcase some of the choices; male, female and exo.

3 RepliesI have both. My female hunter looks far better than a male hunter and she makes these awesome moans when she gets shot.
