Dark souls 3 AR highest you can muster?
Now I'm just looking for the strongest weapons out there. From prior souls I've learned a mix of str/int/fth will go a long way. Early 70s I was running around with 27 str and 22/22 fth/int lorians great sword and I can two shot people. On NG I got the demon greataxe and learned that is even better for my build. (700ish AR no rings)
My question is, what is the highest AR you can muster currently? NO RINGS OR BUFFS first. Then the AR with rings and buffs.
NO LYING please. I've seen fextralife people exaggerate their numbers like 1000 AR with daggers come on.
For me without rings it's 700 with just my stats at 140( demons greataxe)
With rings and buffs it's the AR in pic^^^^^^
Flynn ring+fire clutch+ priestess+sword ring
Power within+ dragon shout buff

With the Lloyd's Sword Ring, Flynn's Ring without any armor, Knight's Ring, and Saint's/Deep Ring and Deep Protection and Sacred Oath, it's at 942. With Power Within, it's 1041 before it ticks down health.

9 RepliesIn order to protect the sanctity of my SL120 build I won't share too many details ( last thing I need is for it to be the popular build ). But, the AR rating says about 330 before any buffs. However, the full attack does about 1400 hp. I haven't seen a phantom survive and only heavy armored hosts live, but they panic heal I just hit them again.

I want to say somewhere between 600-650 with the Black Knight (ultra) Greatsword and the Fume UGS. My chaos weapons on my pyromancer are up in the 750s (including fire clutch ring), but that's split physical/fire damage, same with the Dragonslayer Greataxe on my str build. It seems I need to check out this Black Knight Greataxe...

2 RepliesCompletely unrelated to the topic but try the farron great sword with no shield and kirks armor. I started a fight club last night and although people would absolutely demolish others with some weapons my friend would almost always win out with the farron great sword. Solely because of the LB attack where you slide on the ground. It drains stamina and hits from behind. After the third consecutive LB attack he usually can get in a repost or whatever it is. Bring them low and do it again. Of course if he feels like being a dick hell roll into them to kill them. But absolutely try the farron sword for pvp

Quality build at sl114 using Astora GS I can get about 950 when two handing against the final boss. My stats card says 550.

834 with my drakeblood gs and I can get dark sword up to 694 both with lightning buffs, sunlight straight sword, hunter's ring and knight's ring. 465 base refined dark sword w/no buff 595 base refined drakeblood gs

4 RepliesRefined dark sword +10, yorkshas chime +10(s scaling faith) 60 strength dex and faith. Dark moonblade, sacred oath and deep protection . 850 Now for a weapon that can spam 4 hits in a matter of seconds that is some serious damage

1 ReplyAR matters a lot less if it's split damage, considering split damage is terribad in this game. Now, you can easily get over 700 AR on a Black Knight Greataxe, which is pure physical, meaning it will actually do close 700 damage.

2 RepliesCurrently with my build, I could probably hit around 800ish base AR with no buffs. Add to that with rings and buffs, and I could probably barely cross 1000.

I think around 600 hundred with black knight Greataxe, no rings or buffs. I could probably hit the 900 or so with SSS buff and warcry.

+10 refined greataxe, 66 str 40 dex, Carthus flame arc and sacred oath, Over 800 AR, although i dont remember the exact number. When 2 handing it has the AR of 99 str but it doesnt show the number

With 40 strength I got my dragonsarmor axe to like 615

Well can't say for sure about actual raw AR but a high luck build with hollowed weapons can get you high AR early on in the game, if you can get your hands on the Wardens Twinblades (or whatever its called) you might not have 700 AR but you are bleeding people like if it is going out of style. As far as actual AR is concerned though I think luck scales worse at higher levels, but still early game you can pretty high damage with luck/hollowed builds.
