Personally I think it takes a tiny bit of skill, but thats just me. Honestly its a bit of a crutch I wont lie. Whenever I go from Nightstalker to Gunslinger I always try to aggressively teabag to get away and just die. It takes getting used to, but I think its a lot like shoulder charge.
