Of those options, I feel that hypocrisy is the most toxic in relation to the social well-being of an individual, and the society to which they belong. Though, on an individual level, a bloated ego can be very psychologically damaging in the long run since it can create an illusion of grandeur which will (in most cases) become inevitably shattered by the realization that one's own accomplishments are ultimately meaningless and that their legacy will eventually be entirely forgotten. At least, those are my thoughts.
