PSA... Rank up with the Gunsmith!!!!!
If you rank up with the gunsmith, you will get a higher light weapon! They no longer drop at 280... I ranked up on my warlock last night, had all my highest light items equipped, and got a 325 sniper! The weapon and rolls stunk but i promptly enfused it into a sniper I liked.
Do those test weapons, rank up... profit.... lol
Edit: I was 320 when I ranked up btw...
Edit 2: Ranked up on my hunter tonight and got a 325 primary... Once again the roll on the weapon stunk so I Enfused it to my Suros..
Edit 3: Apparently, Vendor gear only gets you to 330. So it would appear that Gunsmith packages with a rank up on go to 330 as well.... Still a good way to get your light up. At least to 330.
