Say what you will about bungie but I think that they're doing just fine with this game. Can we take the time to appreciate the good things about this game?

Finally! This game has so many good things that people tend to ignore just because of one bad thing! I have had so many good experiences on this game, and hope to have many more.

1 ReplyWhat a lazy post.... No wonder you love Bungie

As much as there is to fix (and yes, there is the April update coming), Destiny is still an amazing game that outshines many other AAA games.
-
Gorgeous environments. Ever stopped to look out of the Dreadnought at the battle site?

1 ReplyThey've made destiny. Let's face it the vocal minority sounds like the majority because they've got nothing better to do. The majority quietly play and enjoy the game! I love destiny, however it has become quite stale recently. (Go April update!) I loved some of the glitches on this game though, loot cave from year one, anyone?

we can talk about it as soon as they do it. been a year and a half and we're still waiting

7 RepliesBelow is a list of new content worth playing since the taken king arrived including the April update
sparrow racing
OK........... That's all I got

I wouldn't go as far as saying they are doing just fine. I think they have tried. But I think they have their own agenda. They don't necessarily listen to their players. But with that being said, I definitely enjoy playing the game. I have the game on both Xbox one and ps4 and have played many hours on both. And I believe that the majority of complainers have played the hell out of the game as well.

3 RepliesWhat good things has bungie done to this game - give no content in the past 5 months to pve players - nerf pve guns because of idiots in the crucible - eververse - ignore the community
-
I love how people just use this thread to complain more hahahaha. In honour of OP, I like Destiny because it strayed me away from PvP (Halo) and into PvE, which I enjoy much more
-
I like how people use this thread to complian and bitch. Things I like in the update 1. New infusion system 2. Exotic engrams drop at higher light than what you are 3. Buff to low r.o.f. assault rifles 4. Rep gains for crucible, factions and vangaurd increased, easier to level up 5. Some of the best guns from year one were brought back 6. Nerfed warlock without destroying it 7. Communication, the streams are nice ( better than waiting for patch notes ) 8. More ways to get to max light 9. Buff to low r.o.f. pulse rifles 10. New emotes 11. Spekter armor 12. Nerfed snipers, sorry but it was needed 13. more exotics brought to year two 14. Room temperature water I know more things need fixing ( hit detection )but they seem to be going in the right direction for now.

3 RepliesNormally I would agree with that point of view. However I cant turn a blind eye at such poor balance and changes. Such as -Handcannons no accuracy buff -Special weapon ammo nerfd -Fireboltz (VF, ToF) -Thorn destroyed completely -No hit detection fix The list goes on these problems just end up creating even more problems making certain classes useless. You would think with the amount of exotics that come in we would have more variety. Except that is not the case we get our exotics made useless instead of having a wider variety to chose from. Ppl defend this with really ignorant excuses saying that specific gun is game breaking those same ppl are only thinking about PvP. PvE would be a lot more interesting if you where able to pop out any exotic you liked and use any weapon that has ever dropped. What do players have to show for Y1? You could of let us keep at least 1 weapon(legendary) and made it relevant to blow ppls minds.

The sky boxes are amazing .... That's all I got

The best thing they did was the 100% damage increase for shotguns in PvE. They managed to -blam!- that up too.
-
Haven't you seen the only why to get Bungie to change something is to complain? It's worked so far why stop now?

6 RepliesNo, you sound like a domestic abuse victim looking for excuses.
-
If they want more praise, then they need to do things more praiseworthy.
-
Well VOG was awesome...... oh wait it's gone now.
No but seriously it's not a horrible game.
-
2 RepliesWhat good things? One new strike? Bringing back weapons and activities they made irrelevant in year 2 should not be applauded.
-
You mean halo 2?

Like what?
