Let's think of exotic warlock boots
Void runner
Not even light can escape a black hole
Black Hole: vortex grenades blind enemies passing through temporarily
Void surplus: Gain an additional vortex grenade
Other perks: Increase discipline
Increase intellect
Rocket launcher ammo
Sniper rifle ammo
Infuse
Twist fate

I imagine it should be something related to feet / running / jumping / etc. Maybe A) "Gain second blink" or something like that. B) aster cast-time for Nova Bomb. C) Faster run speed while in Fireform (or whatever it's called)
