The Bad PvP Teammate Identification Guide
Let's be honest, most of us have done one of these at some point.
1) The "Lone Wolf"- someone who thinks they can do everything on their own but can't
2) The Politician- the one that insists on using you as a human meat shield
3) The Lost Puppy- that teammate that is scared and follows you around without being of much use at all
4) The Statue- the teammate that is frozen the entire match
5) The Spotlight - the teammate that wears a bright shader and wonders why they can't find good cover
6) The Forever Confused- the one that can't tell who is on their team
7) The Ghost - that guy that you forget was even on your team
8) The Benedict Arnold- the evil one that pushes you into enemy fire
9) The Death Wish - the one that runs out and yells at the other team to shoot him
10) The Lagger - this is the one that has suck a bad connection that he can somehow faze through walls

7 RepliesThe unlucky but never-complaining one - The one guy that gets himself killed everytime. Whatever he tries, he gets killed anyway... He blink-shotguns, hardscopes, stays on a camping spot, joins teammates and fireteams, but still gets killed. When he throws a grenade right in front of an enemy, the enemy turns right or left as it wasa miracle and the unlucky one is stuck behind his tripmine grenade at a dead end. When he joins a gunfight, he gets killed, even when there are three teammates and only one enemy. When he sees an enemy, he'll shoot as much as he can, the enemy will turn and shoot him anyway. When he uses a super, he will be shot. If not, he will be outsupered. Not to forget, he always manages to get killed by a headshot. It's not about his skill, because the next round he will have a k/d rate of 1.5 or 2.5... Still he never complains or rages in chat and he never kicks someone out of the round. He won't talk about lag or cheats, he just accepts his faith. Sometimes he will just sit and enjoy the view. But there will always be that noob that runs into spawn and killing him. And I am not talking about misadventures yet... This type is also active in PvE. However, misadventures are the main cause of death there. Phalanx melees, crashing skiffs and of course that one minotaur that teleports right behind him When he is at one percent health... I could continue forever, but I am going to end it now. Tomorrow is a new day... PS: yeah right, I am talking about me. About 40% of my crucible games are as the unlucky but never-complaining one... Although i've met this kind of people too at normal games. But the rage type is more common...

The death farmer: revives you from cover while you get domed and just waits till your timer is up to let you die again and again. The killfarmer: player who sits passive and snipes the same guy that some idiot keeps reviving from cover.

The sloppy seconds guy - double peaks into sniper fire thinking he'll get the drop on the sniper waiting for him. 3. The smoke screen rager - Teabags you when he finally kills you because he is secretly pissed he's been getting outplayed. 4. Scumbag Dan - Waves off heavy but then grabs it and kills you with it. 5. Sir Stats A lot - will check your stats before inviting you to a fireteam. If you are one off these ppl don't get offended, just own up to the lameness.

1 ReplyI once strategically placed a trip mine and headed to the next capture zone only to get sniped then spawned in right next to my bloody trip mine BOOM. Yes I have a special kind of luck. Lol

2 RepliesThe blocker: the one who blocks anything you throw at the enemies. Grenades mostly and maybe your super. The impaitient: The one who couldnt wait an extra second for you during heavy ammo. Theif: Guy who randomly comes along and steals your kill. Waster: guy who uses his super on one poitnless enemy that we couldve easily killed with any gun. The unworthy: Guy who gets 1 kill, 20 deaths and still gets the legendary weapon while you went positive and get....a strange coin.

The Mr. Whippy: Crouch strafes in small tight circles and pushes you out of cover or off a mark.

"The Clown" The teammate in trials who teambags you consistantly at the end of a round as a "joke". Usually (and unfortunately) the clown is the last member of both teams and teambags you while a self rez warlock revives behind him, kills him and revives the rest of his team. Makes me want to shove him in their clown car and drive them off the map. The "...hold my beer..." guy. The one who yells "watch me get these guys" after being in a crossfire of perimeter snipers moments before, runs out in the MIDDLE of the map and activates his super.....and dies in a hail of sniper fire. Then yells "Where the hell was my support!!!"

1 ReplyThe red bar lagger, who (1) even with their red bar finish at the bottom of the scoreboard. Or (2) finish at the top of the scoreboard bragging about their KD after spending the whole game teleporting and not taking damage.

4 RepliesThe Titan - the master slayer who runs head first into zones destroying everything in it's path to neutralize a zone, but never getting any help to arrive and hold the capture, so Titan dies and zone is lost.
