I'm talking real pull ups with proper form so you are using your back muscles to do the work. Hanging rests only, chin above the bar without tilting your head up and stretching your neck, controlled on the way down and all the way down until your arms are straight, and all the way back up without kicking your legs up for momentum.
If you can't do six you're not a real man.
Edit: Not to be mistaken for a chin up, where you have your palms facing you at a shoulder width apart, which uses your biceps.
Pull ups are done with your palms facing away from you at slightly more than shoulder width apart and your elbows pointed outward. This will use your back muscles. Tucking your elbows in will work your triceps and isn't considered a pull up.

A quarter If I try my hardest

10, if I try hard enough

I mean, it's just like pulling up underpants that can be easily removed and replaced in seconds, so...
-
I just do sets of 10 normally. I guess that takes a minute or less but I don't time myself, it's more important to do good clean reps than sacrifice form for speed.

I could do a lot more than six in a minute
