Best Exotic Primary Weapon Ever?
Which is the best exotic primary to ever grace this game? It can be anything even if you have never used it or had it. Year 1 and 2 count so anything goes including The Fate of All Fools. Personally I like Hawkmoon because it is the one weapon in year 1 and 2 that i have really wanted more than any other, also it used to be one of the most dominant pvp/pve weapons in the game

My two main characters use their exotic slots for heavy and special, so I don't really speak from that much experience, but I have to say, I'm rediscovering the joys of Bad Juju with my new Stormcaller (yes, I'm playing a warschlock again, something I intended never to do). Infinite ammo against small fry, plus a Super that recharges mind bogglingly fast? Yes pleez!

Vex pre nerf. 56 mag. Hit harder than LMGs. Shot perfectly straight lasers. Made ENTIRE lobbies quit before the game started.

9 RepliesI will likely get lots of hate for saying this but thorn is easily the most effective for PvP. This is simply due to the fact that the poison both marks your target and sets them up for a teamate to finish them off. makes it easier to destroy if in a full fire team. For PvE i have to say either Monte Carlo due to the restoring your melee if you run a health regeneration melee, or Mida if you run high agility and prefer to always have your radar visible.

1 ReplyI always liked MIDA. I got it fairly early on on both Xbox and PS and it performed well in PvP and PvE situations. Last word and Vex Mythoclast also had their day

Vex mythoclast to me is the coolest primary. Closely followed by thorn which I think looks cool and bad juju.

Original vex before all the nerfs and rebalancing and even after it is the best gun in the game hands down
