Xur is basically pointless. Let's fix it!
Remember when you'd be so excited it was Friday and Xur would be showing up with something interesting, preferably something you didn't have. Maybe it's just me but he holds no mystery now, no excitement. He's a 3oC farm for me and that's about it.
So I say add a random 320 item that costs a decent amount of coins. This way every week you're guaranteed to either go up in LL or at least have the opportunity to or infuse obviously. The best idea? Probably not but just a thought.
What do you guys think he needs?

At your light level and inventory, xur should be non existent you. You had your help in the beginning, xur is pretty much for the new comers, or casual players that have filthy terrible luck with RNG that can't get a break obtaining an exotic weapon or item. You miss the warm feeling he used to give you? Take the previous reply from Google and delete your characters and items and start again. You'll be exited again every Friday for another while.

3 RepliesXur should come twice a month without selling exotics but releasing an event for the nine. Doesn't have to be big, can be so simple like the taken on patrol. But instead a horrible monstrosity has escaped and its your job to end it. You got 2 days, good luck guardians. (Make this fight extremely hard but have newer weapons within them)

Xur should sell drugs like steroids and sh*t that make your guardian superior in every way But if you use them in trials and go flawless then you get a fine of 25,000 glimmer. Then Every once in a while he sells you a dodgy pill that will kill you when then cool down runs out lol (but you don't know if you've taken a dodgy one or not until you die)

Love it! New players can still benefit from his normal wares but high level players can also get something good.

If it was 320 that better be a good 100 strange coins. Xur is for the weak. I only use xur for the coins you get more bang for your buck and I'd rather go grind anyways. Why would I want something at 280 whether its exotic or not that's ghey.

Remove all gear/weapons. Instead let him randomly select a helmet, arms, chest, boots engram for each class and a random weapon engram. Then you can decode it for possible 310LL So a Xur week could look like this: Titan Helmet engram Hunter Boots engram Warlock Arms engram Heavy Weapon engram Special Legacy engram

Xur is only usefull for new players, veteran players should have any exotic in the game right now

I for one would like him to sell gear at around your light level a little above or below depending on Rng. On top of that something thatd be a idea. Legacy engrams if the item doesnt roll into year 2 whats the point? Lets create 2 random exotic slots you can pay SCs for. One for weapon the other armor.

Honestly If he would sell exotic shards again I would be excited to the octopus looking mother -blam!-er I'm down to my last exotics in the vault and many of those don't have a year 2 version that I can buy so yeah I'm all out of shards Also if he would bump up the heavy ammo to 5 instead of 3 I would be happy

Back in vanilla days I use to wake up at 6am every Friday morning to see what Xur had in stock. Now a days I'm just like ehhh sup man :/

Most y2 exotics are extremely situational or useless, ya know? Kinda boring.

I am going to hate him until he sells year two primary engrams... Bounties would be good. E.g. Acquiring exotics you don't have
