The way Destiny is made is so that old weapons lose power value as you move into more DLC's. Destiny is a growing MMORPG (I use that term lightly).
MMORPG's have weapons that lose power value as new content goes out, and Bungie wants to follow that path. Making old weapons Y2 power is a godawful idea.

well as of right now there is[b] NO CONTENT[/b]. so bringing up their values until the next game and revamping the old content needs to done ASAP.
