Iron banner is a joke
Who in there almighty wisdom decided rift was a good idea for iron banner? Cam on today thinking, cant wait to play some iron banner. every game of iron banner ive had the misfortune of playing today has been a god damn joke! loss after loss after loss because if you dont have mida multi tool and/or conspiracy theory or party crasher you stand no chance. I think most of you would have comment get a good team or get better at pvp, I have tried using a team most of my team like myself dont claim to be the best at pvp but can do normal crucible matchs and win as a team. yet to loose by mercy rule 15 games straight? something is wrong there. The match making system is a joke. infact im almost at the point where im ready to call this game a joke. the only decent thing about destiny anymore is trials.

3 RepliesOther than there still being way to many people red baring, I think this has been great. I have run solo and in a fire team of two, three, and four and done fantastic in all of them. I think I only lost maybe three matches out of about 30 today. I will tell you, I'm not even very good at PVP.

22 RepliesIt's so funny to see all you kids cry because teams that actually have good teamwork and communication can play a legitimate objective game mode and dominate iron banner is a competitive game mode and it's not hard to find a team to play with who wants to play the same game mode over and over again rift is a much better game type anyway so stop crying scrubs

1 ReplyJan. 27th matchmaking fix is a joke. i ran into more people lagging and taking advantage of it today in Iron Banner than ever before. This is beyond ridiculous, PvP is becoming something that is no longer enjoyable. CORRECT connectivity issues. i posted a link of 2 clips i made today of people lagging hard and me paying the price for it. #feedback

Yea..you gotta wonder..why the hell would they choose rift? Rift sucks ass and now iron banner sucks ass. Stupid almost as stupid as conspiracy theory-d. I mean they claimed they nerfs shotguns but that range tho. Did they really? I don't feel like they did that sgotgu shotgun. Thats all i really want nerf that shotgun and fire whoever decides to make ib rift..wow.

Doesn't even matter what weapons you have dude, the only way you get a high score is by igniting the other teams rift. That's the problem with IB and Rift, every team I'm on is running around killing the other team meanwhile they keep igniting our rift and winning by 10,000 points. That's why IB and Rift are a horrible match. You can get 25 kills a game and that doesn't mean squat.

I'm nearly rank 5 on my Titan and I don't play nonstop. Aside from the first day, which was awful (kept getting error coded to the login screen), from Wednesday onward it's been fine. Sure it's challenging especially when you have shitty blueberries on your team, but it always has been.

Small correction: Iron Banner RIFT is a joke. And a very bad one... What a poor idea Bungie... Whoever was the genious to propose it should be moved to clean the restrooms for at least 6 months.

Little tip, get to rank 2 without handing in the weekly bounties and then on Monday hand them in, bam you only had to win a handful of matches and you still hit rank 5

It's a shit fest that caters to the -blam!-nuggets who always play together. I use to have friends who played this but they left cause Bungie can't pull their heads from anus. Rift caters to the 6 man circle jerk, not 6 randoms thrown together. The mode shouldn't be in IB. Iron Banner should always be Clash and Control and we should cast the deciding vote while we are being put into teams. Once again Bungie has show us just how much they "listen" to the community.

I played a couple games last night where we were getting creamed so badly, that I just decided I would sit down. Take a seat....think about things for a second and literally, 2, then 3 more guardians sat down next to me near our rift. We hadn't quit, but we were all so frustrated that our best wasn't near enough. If these guys were like me, they had just played 5 previous matches just like it and we're feeling the hopelessness. Not only that, but this team, that obviously connected and working together thought they needed to all tea-bag and dance after every kill and rift slam. Not just one of them. They would do team tea-bags. I'm not saying celebration is ok. It's great. But when your crushing the other team by 10-15000 points, people are quitting out, sitting down....it's really not necessary to tea-bag anymore. It's just even more demoralizing. And I'm sure that's what they were going for. Humiliation, not just defeat, but it was really hard to bare. #nothavingfun

Was never a fan of rift, probably my third least favorite gamemode. I've played a few games and I've noticed people are taking the rift and then hide back till the timer is almost up. So that's kinda lame. There will always be lag, that's whatever. Anyways destiny needs something to pull people back in. I'm pretty good but not god like in the game but I've lost a lot of interest.
