In response to your last edit:
Using the word "defenseless" makes it biased. It sways our opinion to empathize to the person being revived.

Edited by mokmuud: 1/9/2016 5:21:24 AMNo it's a fact that they can't control their character before you can one shot them. That means factually they are defenseless. I don't empathize with anyone. And the options aren't biased. If the wording makes you feel one way or the other perhaps you should play a different way. I'm not saying you should or shouldn't rez kill.

Edited by Ryujin the dark: 1/9/2016 6:29:08 AMBy that means, shooting someone in the back or so far away they can't see you, makes them defenseless. Right? They have no way of defending themselves from something they don't see.

No situational awareness is one thing. That something you can improve upon. Literally not being in control of your character at the time you die isn't.
-
Wouldn't that be up to your team mates to have situational awareness and not revive you KNOWING someone with a sniper rifle just killed them?
-
Who says someone with a sniper killed them? You're making assumptions.

If it is any weapon, it is up to the person doing the revive to decide if it's safe to pick up their team mate. I used snipers as a example because a majority of complaints I see are because someone is sitting back waiting for the revive just to kill the person again. It's not a assumption, it's going of majority thought. I like the fact you can die so fast. Is be a unfair advantage of the person being revived was immune for even a second. Someone could die on purpose, be reduced and get even a few bullets out. That's all it can take to win a match. Then how would that effect sun singers serif revive? If it's implimented to all revives, that'd be a unfair quality for a super that isn't a perk.

Edited by mokmuud: 1/9/2016 12:06:24 PMWhy? You know they are a Sunsinger and may have a super. They can die on purpose sure but there is a cumulative timer on their revive. Not really worth the overshield as there are far easier ways to get one. And yes you are making assumptions. This isn't a question of how they died or even the circumstances of their revival. It's simply a question of the player being able to die while they have 0 control over their character.

What are you asking why too? There's easier ways to get a over shield? The easiest way is a warlock melee, then there's a defenders melle, but that has to be on kill, his bubble is strongest inside, blessings isn't that great, hunter gets none. So are you asking for more help on the class which gets over shield the easiest?
