*NEW HEAVY WEAPON IDEA*

So with the recent change to how the Dragon's Breath works with the exodic napalm perk. That got me thinking, could we perhaps have a flamethrower as a totally badass new heavy weapon? Think about all the fun people would have spreading napalm in a more practical manner. I have an idea on a perk list and everything. *Lungs of Amakrah* T0- *Wild Fire* This gun spreds napalm in front of you dealing solar damage. 》Infuse T1- Aiming this weapon is incredibly fast 》Incresed range 》 lightweight T2- *Roaring Flames* the longer you fire this weapon the ferther the range gets T3- Faster reload 》Extended mag 》Surplus T4- *Burn Baby Burn* napalm stays on the ground for a short time, dealing solar damage 》》so what do you all think?

      • Have an idea for a Heavy Sniper: The Traveler's Beam - Heavy Sniper Rail Gun Perk Tree One: Accurerized Ballistics, Smart Drift Control, Aggressive Ballistics Specialty perk 1: Final Round Perk Tree two: Heavyweight (Major increased impact at significant penalty to movement speed), Hand Laid Stock, Field Scout Choice Exotic Perk 1: Traveler's Beam of Light - Agressive tracking projectile that explodes sending smaller cluster bombs. DOT to minions of the Darkness (Truth mixed with Hunger of Crota) Choice Exotic Perk 2: Traveler's Gift of Light - For every projectile kill get 25% increase in Super energy Solar Damage - Weapon Model (Think Rail gun from the movie Eraser only done in White and Gold) Mag: 4 with field Scout 6 Acquired from doing a special version of the 'A Chamber of Night' daily heroic story mission.

            • I think direct hits on an enemy should cause burning as well as standing in the fire for too long. I don't care if people think it's OP.

              • I think that Burn Baby Burn should be "Napalm sticks to surfaces for a short time, dealing solar damage". This way any tagged enemies would burn for 6/7 damage each second over lets say 5 seconds.

                • Yes! I'd imagine it would look like a Machine Gun that fires out arcing projectiles that don't travel far at first. When they impact they leave a small area of napalm. Just thinking about how they could implinent this a bit easier.

                      • Yes the mechanics are already in the game with the taken knights. Just a matter of switching it to gun mechanics. Have it do as much damage as say doctrine of passing maybe just a bit more with a spread of say a spike grenade? The range perk is spot on and no DoT because it would make it overpowered. AoE is a good idea but last 4 seconds since the weapon would be constantly spitting flame.
