It's said the hood drops from phogoth though that's just what I heard

Nothing more than a rumor. Now its recently divided. The name change makes it seem like it drops from Omnigul but it's also been recently discovered that there's a new ghost (or two) in the Phogoth strike. Idk, I don't have time yet to farm.
