I still struggle to get s licence. I have 1 win and seem to keep coming 2nd or 3rd if not worse.

For whatever reason, it's been super intense yesterday and today. Hang in there, and keep ranking up. Rank 3 gives the 311-320 gear, if you need it. I think next week it will slow down again and get easier.
