Name another game
Name another game as stupid as Destiny that makes you buy DLC's to keep playing the game at any relevance. Name any other game on a console that has in-game purchasing options. Name another game that absolutely requires you to be on Xbox live or PSN (that we pay for) no questions asked even when you want to play by yourself. None. No game is as monopolized as this shitty Destiny franchise that is sucking pockets dry world wide for the next 10 years apparently.

World at war did not separate those who had dlc and those who did not, if you didn't have the map that came up in rotation you got kicked. As for the second part, cod, defiance, minecraft, and battlefield...just to name a few. 2 RepliesI've spent way more money on World of Tanks than I will ever spend on Destiny. Its a free to play game that requires Xbox live, has micro transactions and a premium option. DLC is free tho.

So you'd need that to remain relevant. "hey you did this mission in broken steel?" "no I didn't buy it" "oh man you're [u]behind[/u]" Game that has microtransactions: MgsV requires you to pay about $10 for a new FOB (not necessary, but neither are emotes) Elder scrolls online has the option to buy convenience items and will have exp boosts for real money. That also requires constant online activity, im sure.
