What Subclass do you main and why?

Personally, I main a Gunslinger Hunter. I've always liked the precision based playstyle and reward for it. I enjoyed Bladedancer before the nerf, but Golden Gun will always be my favorite Super.
- Q1: Tripmine
- Q2: Armor & Agility
- Q3: I try to get armor with Intellect, but usually I get Strength and Discipline.

Thanks for bunching up blade dancer with striker cause those are the ones. Blade for quickdraw, striker for lightning nades and all the other good stuff.

Used to main sunbreaker, and I did mainly pve. Only did pvp for the daily 15 legendary marks. Now since it can randomly take 2+ hammers to kill same level or lower normal enemies, I use striker for solo pve, and defender for strikes. Sunbreaker is no longer add control, its just a liability.

Usually I'd say Hunter, but now I'm leaning toward Warlocks Stormcaller/Sunsinger. Just feels more fluid and focused than the other classes. #warlockmasterrace

1 ReplyNightstalker I hate the entire subclass, I'm absolutely terrible with the super, passives don't feel good compared to other hunter subclasses, grenades feel mediocre at best unless I pair them with venom smoke to instakill my enemies But all these negatives are overcome by... shadestep!

Sunsinger Good control of situations in crucible: fireball with touch of flame and Viking funeral, get them running from you.

Usually a plain storm trooper with a blaster pistol, jet pack and grenade launcher. But I prefer flying the Tie Interceptor in fighter squadron.

1 ReplyNightstalker I help control mobs and generate orbs so everyone can get their supers. The grenades aren't great, but the smoke has saved me more than I care to admit. Plus, I just love the feeling of jumping into the air and firing a glowing bow.

I picked defender but I would have rather had a simple titan option. Since the beta I've always been into the titan and what they have to offer. Hands down best class out of the three.

Striker, armor/recovery, intellect and discipline. Now that armamentarium is year two I'm happy again... Can lock down areas with those nades, two nades are always better than one.

Striker Titan. Fist of Havoc has always been my favorite super. Armor. And I normally choose unstoppable in PvP just because shoulder charge hit detection normally sucks ass and I like having max armor paired with an armor boosting chest piece. Also, being able to tank practically anything during my FoH animation is great. I've survived nova bombs, other FoHs, and peregrine greaves hits with this perk on. But Peregrine Greaves in PvE is fun. Intellect/Discipline. The melee in this game, like shoulder charge is too unreliable. Lightning Grenades kick ass in PvP, Flashbang for PvE.
