new patch and solar titans are still not nerfed...

So bungie when will u really care about pvp? letting a broken as super be broken for 2 months??? and new patch and no changes at all again? pls care abit about the pvp pls? just abit thats all I want u know abit of balance in the pvp side of destiny is that to much to ask for?

  • They said in the update that we haven't heard the last from the design team before December. And DeeJ also hinted that one of the designers has been working on Titans so they will announce soon!

  • Titan sunbreaker should be nerfed. Because if the stormcaller can be sniped and killed with one precision shot. So should the titan. If the titan has a grenade that can stop all supers warlocks sold have armor during storm caller. If titans can through 8 nova bombs (hammers) amd gain health from each one. The warlock should have a health boost or armor boost in storm caller. Just saying.

    • Hammer wielding Titans are not that tough. It's a good super but it is definitely droppable. I took out a Titan last night with a shotty round to the face followed by hunter melee. And that's after I closed the distance with him. Can't be afraid of those guys or continue to ask for nerfs. Adapt and overcome.

    • If you devote some time to playing all 3 classes, it helps put things in perspective. Sunbreakers have an excellent super, but overall, it is a balanced class. Overall, I still think Hunters have the strongest builds, with great supers and awesome neutral games. Nightstalkers get two grenade types, can go invisible, and can track enemies through walls. It is so much easier to snipe as a Nihhtstalker compared to being a Titan. I can see my opponent through walls and I can see when he peeks out. I think the balance is great right now.

        Sounds like SOMEONE just wants a certain class to be top dog. I play as a titan and easily get killed as sunbreaker. Dont bitch about the class when its certain players that have the right gear and class perks that are so called "invincible". **in fact, titans need a better than average subclass since defender does what...no damage to other players?? Lets not even mention warlock and hunter melee. Titans have the worst melee on all three subclasses.

      • I just find it funny how many people stick up for Sunbreakers. "It's not op, I swear"... Ok guys, then why have the amount of Titans in the crucible doubled in Y2? Everyone also argues with "it's possible to kill them". Well I'd hope so, lol. It shouldn't take a teams worth of focus fire to do it haha. Plus having that many teammates shooting at a Titan can and normally ends up at least a triple kill.

          [b][u]sunbreakers[/u][/b] - throws mini nova bombs with stupid blast radius - tracking hammers and chain damage with immolation gauntlets - immediate health regen - has proximity blast so you don't need direct hits, just gotta get pretty close - 55% damage reduction - can one shot most supers, and then have 5 more hammers to throw - supers that can one shot it only have a one shot super (fist/nova/nighthawk gg) or require 2/3 gg shots. - 26 second super when no hammers are thrown giving a lot of time to roam the map looking for people - can get off 5-7 hammers depending on how much you spam it: twice the capacity of gg - can't be one shot by [u]most[/u] snipers like the rest of the supers (I love black spindle for that very reason) - only unreliable at long range distance. Cqc to medium-long is almost an automatic kill because the flight times pretty quick ----a powerful super with no disadvantage to balance it out [b][u]golden gun (the other class people say was op)[/u][/b] - 3 kill max w/out helmet - accuracy problems with long range shots so medium-long was its limits - zero health regen - zero damage reduction - easily killed by other supers - could one shot other supers, but only had one or two shots left - requires a direct hit, a miss is a miss, not "ehhh that was close enough" - zero blast radius for hitting the wall behind you or the ground right next to your foot, still a miss - snapshot ads was no different than that of any other hand cannon - 12 second super without firing a shot, meaning if you don't use it, you lose it and you better pop it at the right time. - no tracking bullets ----a powerful super, but there were downsides In being squishy and with limited bullets and a short time frame that balanced it [b][u]bladedancer[/u][/b] - requires direct hits from knife or short range burst (razors edge) that took out like 1/4 of the super - around same length as gg, but could be extended with helmet - in order to decrease likeliness of dying from sniper headshot or shotgun blast is to use [u]super energy[/u] in order to slash around and become hard to hit, therefore limiting the amount of super you had left. - damage reduction, but could still be one shot by supers, snipers, and shotguns - health regen but only after direct Melee kills or short range attacks. It requires you to be in dangerous territory of shotguns; not throwing a hammer cross map at a sniper whose already put two body shots in him and is still alive - again to reiterate in a different way, most of the lethality of the super came from using its own energy in order to become hard to hit and only could grant a large number of kills if everybody was grouped up, otherwise you could really only kill what was in the immediate vicinity ----very powerful super, but balanced by its range limitations and use of its own super energy to aid in not dying.

            • You guys realize golden gun still over powers the hammer of sol right? I use a Titan and get crushed by the gun, one bullet, arc blade moves so fast it's a sure death if they are up close... If your crying about the hammer, then I seriously suggest you get the -blam!- off destiny and go cry and whine in league of legends or smite or whatever it is you whiners come from. DESTINY DOES NOT NEED CRYING KIDS.

                Lol Why people get so mad? Everyone was warned about the Titan super, remember the E3 videos and such where Bungie, the man with the handlebar mustache whatever said that "Whenever you see that guy coming around the corner you just want to run." It's true, I think they portrayed it very well and hit the mark they was trying to make with the subclass. Lol they warned everyone before TTK was out.                 • You could just use: Fist of Havoc, Nova Bomb, Golden Gun, Stormtrance (with Landfall), Shadow Shot, and Arc Blade (Unless they have Suncharge.) All of those things can stop a Sunbreaker, and I personally still get more upset by Golden Gun.

                • Nova bomb, tether, snipe to the head, 2 golden gun shots, and skillfull team shooting can all easily kill a solar titan. Learn to use the game mechanics.

                    In iron banana I golden gunned a sunbreaker and it didn't kill him. [spoiler]if you pop a three of coins on a sunbreaker Titan, you could get an exotic engram from him.[/spoiler]
