I just don't understand I see all this scrubs playing pvp in black ops on my friend list yet. They never play it on destiny because it's to hard or people are cheating all the excuses in the world. I need someone to enlighten me as to why?

1 ReplyLol. Your grammar, it's killing me.

Any game > cod imho.

There

1 ReplyDestiny pvp is unbalanced.
-
Because the pve sux and once u do zombies few times and beat champaign what else is there to do?

Knife Only
-
airstrikes > supers?
-
Guns are mode balanced in COD, in my opinion.
-
I don't play CoD but I would love if they made another quake similar to Quake Live :). No offense to either destiny or CoD.

DEDICATED SERVERS
-
PVE is the core of the game of destiny PVP is the core of the game of BO3
-
21 RepliesThis polling is garbage. Destiny pvp is leaps and bounds better than black ops. People aren't good enough to realize that Destiny gives us all the tools to counter the crap shooter tactics people have developed over the years of Cod games.
-
2 RepliesCrucible is shizer with too much lag and all that other bad stuff. Black ops is a much more competitive all rounder that seems to have the matchmaking down. People who play black ops are by no means scubs they just prefer the finer PVP battles that BO can give them.
-
Black ops has more game modes
-
I'd love to play more PvP in Destiny but for some reason I'm always on red bar connection in nearly every game I go into but in Black Ops 3 I'm on a full 4 bar connection every game. Bungie needs to get their shitty servers together :/
-
I don't play pvp anymore on anything. Been there and done that too much. Say what you want, they all suck it's a terrible mode. All anyone does I cry nerf this nerf that. And then everyone moves to something else. It's a never ending cycle. no one wants to lose and it human nature to cheat/exploit whatever is available.
-
They're*
-
D. They both suck.
-
Bo3 pvp is bad period.
-
Simply, destiny is a giant pve with some pvp. CoD is the opposite, and CoD pvp is easy, to me atleast. So I used to wreck in pvp in previous CoDs. I could probably be as good in destiny pvp if I put the time in but I would rather do other stuff. I only care for iron banner here. Also CoD has lobbies, map voting, and hardcore types among other things that make the pvp system more entertaining for groups and friends to play.

5 RepliesWant to hear a joke? Crucible. Play Battlefield 4 for an amazing PvP experience.
-
Destiny uses P2P (worst possible gameplay experience). Usually found in cheap free to play games.
-
Because I actually feel like I'm progressing and there isnt as much bullshit
-
Because this crucible is garbage compared to established fps titles. It's also impossible to balance crucible due to a lack of uniformity. Everybody has different guns with different perks and everyone wears different armor with different perks. Then you have multiple subclasses and a myriad of perks there, so balance in a game like this is impossible. That, in my opinion, is why people don't pvp in destiny but will in other titles. It doesn't feel fair and that makes it hard for a lot of players to have any fun playing it

Edited by VerySpookySoup: 11/9/2015 11:17:43 PMIt's because of the loot... I'm a very good PvP player (I'm in first place 98.7% of the time) and I get shit for loot... If I do end up getting a legendary it ends up being like 250 damage /armor so it's worthless if you are a 297+... If crucible actually dropped good stuff AND the loot was based off of your place (e.g. Person in first place gets a legendary or something) then I'm sure more people will play... And I know it sounds like I'm throwing unskilled players under the bus by saying your skill should determine the rewards but it's true... I can't count how many times I've gotten no rewards and I was in 1st place but the guy in last place who didn't do shit gets a good gun or amor piece! Call of Duty doesn't require skill because you will level up and get new weapons and perks regardless of your skill (your skill in Call of Duty only determines how fast you level up). People don't need to worry about their luck in Call of Duty and the PvP is BALANCED!!! Sure there's a weapon that's overpowered but they actually balance it instead of nerfing it to shit! Not only that but there's no supers so everyone has a fair chance against others where in Destiny a super will kill you regardless of how good you play and the supers are unbalanced (*cough* Hammer of *cough* Sol). Also the weapons in Call of Duty do not determine your level so everyone is equal! If none of what I said answers your question to why people like Call of Duty PvP better than Destiny's PvP, then I don't know what else to say.....
