Remove radar from Trials
Every match is literally aiming down sights with a sniper. This is supposed to be the most competitive game mode yet it takes no skill to aimdown sights while looking at a radar. Remove that and then people will notice a difference. Hows everyone enjoying the Trials Of 1000 yard stare?
Final Edit: For those talking smack and losing to me (you know who you are :) ) i hope you learned your lesson. Those who lagged it I Smh... Im out. ( drop the controller, im done.)
Edit: My issue is not against sniping its against the use of radar while sniping. I mentioned lowering the effectiveness of radar that way gun fights can take place but the majority of people here jump to conclusions and think i want something removed which is not the case.
Edit: For those saying you cant look at radar without zooming in, its not that hard to zoom in and out of scope and its pretty fast. Its basically the same as having third eye.
Edit: For those making fun of my low medal score /Kd at the moment i had another account. I deleted two of my characters and decided to make another account i have not linked that account because i dont use it anymore. I deleted because i did not like my name and on ps4 you cant change name. I was top 20 in rumble and my kd was over 2.2. At the moment i dont have guns so iv been grinding strikes and playing story but once i get the guns that KD people make fun of will go up.
Edit: People read the edits there are other solutions besides removing radar stop making conclusions about what you dont know will happen.
Edit:For those wondering why i have not gone flawless i work graveyard and have school. I havnt had a day to myself lately like some of you have but dont underestimate me in pvp.

Edit: All this post is, is a suggestion and i find it funny that most people who make post suggesting change in pvp open themselves for a public crucifiction over an idea. Weapon balance is an issue in this game whether its ToO or normal crucible and i can understand why people leave this game for others. Im just asking for an idea not an insult or an anal comment. But keep going it makes me laugh how ballzy people are over the internet.
Edit: a user on the forum just recomended scope sway as a way to counter hardscoping. I think thats a wonderful addition.

How about making light level matter. I mean on each individual piece of equipment. There is NO reason a universal remote should one shot. It should say immune.

I actually agree with this or at least think they should make it so u only show up if shoot. This would make it so u need to have map awareness or map knowledge

Make it so that when you crouch you don't appear on the radar, only if you shoot or if you are walking/sprinting. Also tone down the size of the radar so that you can't -blam!-ing tell where someone is on the opposite end of the map

1 ReplyGo play inferno rumble and use a sniper see how far not having a radar gets you 😂 All it will promote is more ability to blink around a map and shotgun people. Trials is meant to be played with caution and the radar helps keep your awareness on where your enemies might be setting up. Without it I doubt even primaries would be touched in trials due to small maps

1 ReplyNext up from nerf-happy whiners; to make the game more competitive we should make every weapon do 10% damage, remove radar, and remove ADS. No one should be able to kill me because I'm actually the best and every time I get killed is because they were using OP stuff.

It's simple remove the camera after you die so you can not tell others where the other team are no need to remove radar

This is actually a really good idea! Relying on your team mates screaming at you where the enemy's are seems much more exciting

1 ReplyI think removing radar would be a great idea for ToO. It would actually bring some more competitiveness to it. But like many people have pointed out, there would be an increase of shotgun corner campers. To eliminate or minimize this I think you would have to add a risk for camping. Possibly if you aren't moving for 5 seconds you start taking damage over time. Or another option would be a debuff where you move extremely slow for 5 seconds. Just a thought but there would have to be a way to counter corner campers. As with any idea though, it may sound great in theory but gaming communities are filled with the scum of the universe and somebody will always figure out a way to abuse any system.

I am actually better without the radar. Count me in. It promotes a lot more than the current "look down the sights, unscope, repeat" process that is Trials sniping. Get some actual skill, please ;-; (to those that do that)

No. This would promote hardcore shotgun rushers. It would be a bigger elitist game mode. Everyone would need $100 headphones to hear those shotguns coming.
