Sign here for handcannon buff.
They got tweaked way too hard.
It's my favorite weapon class but it has become nearly unusable in PvE because of the ammo reserves and in PvP because of poor accuracy.
Pre 2.0 exotic Handcannons were the ones that desperately needed a nerf, legendarys were perfectly fine and nobody complained about them.
I do not understand why bungie had to ruin them..

I always had my hawkmoon equipped for pve, even though the clip is still the same the range nerf and damage nerf have made me stuff all cannons in the vault, sad really they always go to far with there nerfs. I am enjoying the auto rifles again in pve so I'm not that dissapointed

It just needs increases in accuracy and reserve ammo, that is all.

Only real buff I agree with is more screen bounce on landed hits (since there is going to be screen bounce). To me, the adjustments made just make range super important and a tighter hand.

7 RepliesMost of the teams I played in Trials used Hawkmoon and they were all pretty good with it. If that gets a buff in pvp I'm done.

I don't know- a buff would be neat, but outplaying someone with handcannons in their current state is much more satisfying.
