I love Destiny so who's with me to give Halo 5 the finger.
Edit: I was a big Halo fan couldn't get enough , I just feel Microsoft's teeth sucked the greatness out of it .
I really feel they tried to make it like the common game and took its uniqueness.
Edit #2: I hoped big for Halo 5 but face it Halo needs bungie.
Edit #3: A few of you guys might think I'm a hater but I wish Microsoft would let bungie have Halo then we , a community, could have a real Halo again. This really isn't a bash , this is the finger to big business.
Edit #4: I enjoyed reading all the responses , regardless of what choice words some people had for me. You should play what you enjoy and I had high hopes for Halo 5 which in part might be why I feel disappointed. I personally just didn't care for this installment.

Halo is still bungie's story. You dont make a world and character and dont have an ending. 343 hasnt changed that very much. Thats why there are SO many similarities between halo 5 and Destiny. You see microsoft squeezing halo in Wars and Spartan Assault. In the excess of books and video. Not in the main story though. It wouldve been the same had Bungie still had it and made it. You dont have a galactic war and then stop writing once its over. Resolution. New problems. New powers.

Unfortunately halo 5 was a big disappointment. If it was made the way they lead us to believe, then it would have been awesome. That must be a common thing with video game companies now a days
-
1 ReplyBungie didn't want to make another Halo after Halo 3. You must be new here.

Edited by blackwolf957: 10/31/2015 6:24:35 AMThe arbiter appears, do I have to say more? If I had an Xbox one I would be giving the finger to Destiny and Activision and I would be playing warzone for days but I am stuck.

I don't understand what you didn't like about halo 5. I've only played it a little bit and my thoughts are that the pvp is amazing, but the campaign needs more to it for replayability
-
Can you explain your points?
-
Shut up meg

1 ReplyHalo is trash kid.
-
I never see "contacting halo servers" in halo
-
3 RepliesEvery website I go to has lack luster reviews on Halo 5. I bought the game today, but haven't opened, thinking of returning and getting Super Mario Maker instead. Think I should?
-
Not me - saving campaign for the weekend. Then arena.

5 RepliesIf you don't like halo 5 that is your loss! It is IMO the best of the modern halos and I would be willing to say that if it didn't have a horrible community who quit on the entire series because of one bad game, and refuse to even play anything 343 has to offer with an open mind, then it could probably have a competitive scene again.

But dedicated servers tho...
-
1 Reply"I love Destiny..." you lost me there.
-
Never been a big Halo fan, but most of my destiny friends list has switched over... oh well.
-
I pass. I'll just okay both. They are different beasts.
-
Bungie is the worst thing you could do for Halo right now. I'll admit that it should have been MUCH better campaign wise, but I'm still pretty happy with what I got.

5 Replies*Sees the battle rifle for the first time in ages, remembers the old days of halo* "Where have you been all my life" *forgets destiny exists
-
Support your Xbox and fill its memory with the game.
-
1 ReplyWhy not just play both? No need to give halo the finger
-
I play both Halo and Destiny. Gasp!
-
3 RepliesI wish Halo was on all consoles.
-
Garbage ass game from a garbage ass company

2 RepliesA friend beat the campaign in 8 hours. Went back and beat each of the additional harder modes in just under 10 hours each. And he said the story was stupid and made no sense in the mythology of the halo franchise (his words not mine). Went and sold it back to the store and almost got his money back for it.

6 RepliesEdited by Kankunation: 10/29/2015 6:22:27 PMMatchmaking in halo 5 is already leagues better than destiny pvp has ever been. Reason enough to play it when I feel the urge to PvP. I'm glad they decided to make it like the older games. Reminds me so much of halo 2.

3 RepliesWhat people dont realize is that most of the bungie employees that worked on halo went to 343i when they acquired the franchise.
