Tier 2: Different from the rest: All bullets have elemental damage, but the type of damage that they deal is random (e.g. Bullet 1 is arc Bullet 2 is solar). Tier 3: Perfect Balance Hammer Forged Lightweight Tier 4: Second Chance: If bullets miss or are critical hits, they have a 33% chance to be refunded. Now make me a machine gun ;)
