I have finally obtained touch of malice but not 100% sure on it. What are your opinions ?

Basicly it's required for hard It's 310+ and touch of malice
-
It wasn't hard and yes it is end raid must these days
-
It is.... To be fair I went and picked up the remaining fragments (I needed 15) in under an hour using a YouTube video and did the final 2 quests first time with a 3 man fire team. As most have said its best usage is in the raid especially when you are invulnerable (daughters/oryx DPS especially)

1 ReplyHardly a grind considering everything else we do in the game. You can get it in a day easy.
-
1 ReplyRaid only in my opinion, for daughters and Oryx
-
Raid only. If they bumped the clip up to 20-24, it would be more useful to me.
-
Yes. And it was far from a grind.

27 RepliesEdited by MysticJon: 10/29/2015 7:03:36 PMTouch of Malice is very much a crutch gun, similar to Gjallarhorn in year one. Or at least, that's my opinion of the weapon. So yes, it is very good, but are there any encounters that you absolutely NEED it? No. You see many Raid groups saying "must have ToM" just like in year one they were saying "must have G-Horn." It's a crutch weapon. Only some players absolutely NEED it to succeed. Nothing wrong with that, but that's what it is.

-
Absolutely. It makes the daughters and oryx a joke.
-
1 ReplyI literally only need 2 fragments, I am just to lazy to get them
-
Unfortunately... yes for the raid only. What a pain in the ass to obtain. F*cking Bungie trolls us again with the quest. Half way thru collecting the fragments I realized what a dumbass I am for spending so much time for this weapon.
-
If you use any other weapon than it on the last 2 fights of the hard mode raid and you have this weapon you are being a detriment to your fireteam and should be kicked by the fireteam leader. There is no justification anyone can make to say any weapon is better than touch of malice for these 2 fights. In any other content its pretty f*cking useless
-
Good for raid, not much else.
-
Yes you tool
-
-
It's worth it for the Raid alone. Just gotta know how to use it.
-
It's designed for the raid, not to be used outside of it. Play with Titan blessing of light and you'll see it's true power.
-
Yes its a good gun

Edited by TheDrYoloSwagg: 10/30/2015 2:10:00 PMUmm...I'm not sure. If you know how to use it, it's amazing. I use it for everything, and I still get stuff done. It's an all around amazing exotic and fun weapon, just don't be stupid with it
-
Compared to most of destiny, it's not much of a grind. Yes, it's worth then half hour it takes to get for Oryx and the Daighters checkpoint alone.
-
It sucks but it's amazing in king's fall.
-
1 ReplyEdited by BioOfBlood: 10/30/2015 4:18:44 AMNope gun sucks in both pvp and pve. It's a nerf gun that shots nothing but rubber at thing's..
it's going to be the new ghorn of year 2 raids.
-
What grind?

Edited by DatUncleDrew: 10/30/2015 2:08:40 PMfar and beyond the best gun in the game for the most difficulty pve activity, the raid. Vs. Oryx you outdamage 2-3 others using machine guns. The damage is ridiculous, hence why it's practically a requirement for hard raids right now on LFG.
