If Bungie implemented an in-game recruitment with matchmaking I'd consider it, otherwise I don't like to use mics and I play on my own most of the time. But hey, I'm part of the majority. Believe it or not, most players haven't even completed any raid at all!

Matchmaking for a raid would be awful. But I feel where you are coming from You should still definitely try one though
