Sign if you have the Spindle, Exotic sword, and Touch of Malice
I feel that these three items are the way to tell how dedicated a player is as all of these items take a great deal of time and effort to acquire.
Edit: Some are asking for me to put the chaperone and sleeper stimulant on here, I'm not going to because they are much more simple to get.

I am about 50/50 on Chaperone being easy to get. It's easy to get if you're good with Last Word or know the trick of being a Sunbreaker or whatever you prefer, wait for super, equip Last Word, wreck with super, swap back before you die, repeat, and if you have a positive KD before the match ends re equip the Last Word. However, for an average player who didn't abuse that strategy, it could probably be one of the hardest exotic quests. Especially if you hate crucible and Last Word.
