PETITION TO HOLD RELOAD BUTTON TO USE AMMO SYNTH!
How is this not in the game? This needs to be implemented. Just imagine how much easier it would be to just hold the reload button during a boss fight with the weapon you want to use a synth with and boom you are good to go. Let's get bungie attention in this and maybe they will listen (holding breath).

3 RepliesWhat if you have all three ammo synthesis cases? It doesn't allow use of another for 5 mins. So you can't use multiples. And making a synthesis that contains all three ammo types would be just plain stupid.

There should be an option where you hold up your ghost and press a direction on the d-pad for a certain type of synth. This could work because you already can't use emotes when u have the ghost up.

This would be awesome I posted something similar a while back. Regardless if its holding square or a D-pad quick-menu function... we should be able to hit consumables(customizable?) Without going into a laggy menu mid event.

4 RepliesIf you used the synths by holding square, you might accidentally use it when reviving or scanning. You should be able to use them by pulling out your Ghost, then pressing left for special synth, right for heavy synth.

3 RepliesPeople saying this wont work because revive, opening chests and scanning would interfere. You're wrong, when you are close to a ghost or chest it will pop up with "open" or "revive". Once you see this action pressing square would work for that. If you do not see any action on screen then holding square would use synthesis.

You should be able to map things to your d pad when in combat zones. Where you could have all 3 synths and maybe a glimmer item instead of dancing or pointing (if you so choose).
