PETITION TO HOLD RELOAD BUTTON TO USE AMMO SYNTH!
How is this not in the game? This needs to be implemented. Just imagine how much easier it would be to just hold the reload button during a boss fight with the weapon you want to use a synth with and boom you are good to go. Let's get bungie attention in this and maybe they will listen (holding breath).

4 RepliesGood idea but it would be a whole lot easier if they just swapped them all to the d pad and moved the emots to the touch pad so you could just swipe left right up and down for emotes. :D

Should make ammo synths to be used on dpad, it's not hot keyed for anything else except some lame emotes

3 RepliesDevil's advocate here: Synths are clearly not meant to be used mid-fight, limiting long-term dps potential especially in the case of special and heavy ammo. Raid boss encounters etc might need rebalancing, [spoiler] an example being Golgoroth where ammo becomes a problem for the dps team if you try to 2-cycle him [/spoiler] Convenience is always nice, but I definitely think this is an intentional design choice that emphasizes ammo as a finite and valuable resource.

3 RepliesWhat if you have all three ammo synthesis cases? It doesn't allow use of another for 5 mins. So you can't use multiples. And making a synthesis that contains all three ammo types would be just plain stupid.
