XUR OFFICIALLY SUCKS
I gave him chance after chance, but after seeing his inventory for the week I think I'm done with him (other than for heavy synths). Every week since 2.0 launched his inventory has been a joke.
Edit: Posted this before I went to sleep, woke up and now I'm trending for the first time ever.. Awesome.

Xur has always sucked honestly it was the heavy that brought enjoyment to most of us but even the heavy has been nerfed

If this was just a 1 week thing I'd let it slide but since TTK launched, I haven't been awed by anything he's sold. Don't get me wrong, I waited 1 year for Hawkmoon and I was happy to finally get/buy one but by the time I'd gotten it all hand cannons had been nerfed into oblivion.
