No, not in a million years would I want the old meta back. This one is much more balanced and actually makes sense except pulse rifles are stronger than ever. Thorn is gone and I love it cause that thing pissed me off so much cause it took so little skill. The Last Word could snipe people and glitch for the bonus hip fire damage on the ADS shot which was bullcrap. Plus it's full auto which made it great. Now everyone says it sucks when it's actually really good for close quarters. If you can whip it out and hip fire a couple of shots then it's good. Auto rifles weren't even used in crucible except for fun or trolling the other team. Now they are actually used and feel better which is good but we definitely don't need the old Suros back. Last round in the mag did near 80 damage or so with focused fire. Everything right now feels pretty balanced just because not everyone has found that weapon that dominates everything and becomes the most used. My inventory is filled with 4 scout rifles, 1 pulse rifle and 1 auto rifle. Scout rifles are in a great place and once the shot package nerf comes then we might see a decent meta. I'm not saying it's perfect because we will probably never see the perfect meta where everything is viable. I'm just happy that we have this meta because I was tired of suffering with hand cannons everywhere for near 8 months.

I get so sick and tired of the same people complaining about the same things no matter how much they change them and no matter what else they do to appeal to their cries of wolf when in reality there will never be enough changes you can make to your game to satisfy these people Bungie. Just bc you get on the forums and see the same trolls article up there everyday bc the same trolls that troll around on here everyday bumping each other's complaints and cries doesn't mean that's they whole community. Why don't you open up emailing and actual communication networks instead of just having this goofy ass forum that you look at bc I'm sure there are plenty of people that you never hear from and that just don't even get noticed bc of all the "nerf trolls" that overload your forums. This community is a joke. These whiners are probably the same people requiring "300 and above ONLY players with some other stupid ass requirement". The same players that don't ever even actually introduce your game to new people. I really wish I could see the raw data showing why your once again making these changes.

Yeah I think I like the old crucible with hand cannons and pulse rifles. All they needed to do was buff autos just a tad and everything would have been great.
