I hope the micro transactions eventually sell guns and armor
Because then all the people saying they'll quit if this happens will quit and the forums will be free of all the unemployed preteens that have to ask for money from mom and dad to buy video games.

Simple math here tells me that if 20 million people bought the original game then Bungie/Activision made proceeds totaling around $1.2B. No that'll suck, unless it's gun shaders or super rare armor shaders. -Selling guns would ruin destiny grind process. -Average playtime would drop -Crucible will be the "Thorn era" again because some dumb YouTuber will tell everyone to buy a certain gun because it's really good. -Destiny will become a pay2win -will most likely lose majority of player base, because people will just buy the top tier weapons and calm destiny suck because you it's too easy to get stuff. -a bunch of noobs could buy their way to the top and lose a crucial part of the learning curve most players endure. But selling costumes would be nice kinda how ESO have their costume feature. -
