If Titans get to throw hammers until the timer runs out, hunters should be able to shoot their golden gun until the timer runs out as well.

Instead of being limited to 3 shots, golden gun should be unlimited until the timer runs out. Edit: Thanks everyone for your feedback. Lots of great discussion. Hopefully Bungie is paying attention and will make this change, like we all seem to want.

    • Everyone who has played all three characters up to this point should at least understand his point. Throughout my entire time from day one vanilla using golden gun, I've never had the kill streaks like I've had with the hammer. And it just came out. Try it, look away from the screen in pvp after you activate your super, just spin and throw for a kill. You will hit someone. Try that with golden gun, you won't hit anything. Hey that sounds like a good you tuber challenge. Most super kills with hammer without looking.

      • Second worse idea I've read today. Hunters need to stop complaining. HoS isn't even that bad. I'm still killed more by golden gun than anything. -blam!- hunters.

              • The Titan hammer slosh drains over time an with each hammer it deans even more. A golden gun just has the time to shoot, the shots don't take it of your super. Your super is better in that regard, so stop yelling about something as pointless as that. All they need is the damage reduction reduced an how much health they get on kills reduced. That would balance them out.

                • Golden gun is hitscan. The hammer is not so there's actually still a chance for people to dodge the hammer unlike golden gun. Pull trigger=dead

                      You know what, thats actually a good idea. Although, to make sure its balanced, every shot fired should deplete a large portion of the super bar. We should also add bullet drop and travel time to the equation. Any perks that dont directly affect Golden Gun need to be removed and replaced with perks that do. Gunslinger's Trance, Chain of Woe, and Gambler's Dagger need to go. We can leave Scavenger since there needs to be at least one average passive ability to choose from amongst the slew of new perks that compliment the super. Now they are completely balanced. Two subclasses that are completely useless without the super itself.

                      • Its laughable seeing titans try to reason with how HoS is balanced, if they even try to. Most comments on the forums from titans are just calling the op or person saying they want HoS nerfed a cry baby, and then laughing at them. Its pretty clear thag even they think their super is on the strong side when their replies are laughing at people for wanting balance. (I dont play much crucible, when i do i tend to play warlock, and the only change i want for HoS is to lower or remove the damage resistance they get.) Its not necessary when they have regen, and a ranged super, while bladedancer was called op for having to knife people with similar abilities/perks available. Also, at times i feel the stormcaller is on the strong side of offensive supers, but its partially because of the close quarter areas on the newer maps. Same reason why shotguns are still viable if not go to secondaries on the newer maps.

                      • Except that every Hammer thrown takes a chunk of our super bar away, while being timed. So, if you really want them similar, GG should be timed and every shot should take away from the super.

                        • So judging by your update, your serious? Lel gg has massive aim assist and can't really be avoided. I don't think I've ever been killed mid-air by a hammer.... It's kinda similar but a gg with no shot limit would be dumb op. Would you stop using hunters because they would be op? Probably not... But since titans (who have had shitty supers since the beginning of time) finally have a good super, lets cry... Please make MY class op, not the titans... wahhhh wahhhh
