Best strategy to infuse?

For every 5 light difference you lose one light gained. If you infuse a 295 with a 300 you will hit 300. If you infuse a 290 with a 300 you will get 299 285 + 300 = 298 280 + 300 = 297 And so forth

1 ReplyUse this. It's a great way to know if you should just infuse with the highest gear you have, or infuse with something else first.

Dont try something like 242-290. Space it out. 242-273-290 would get your gear closer to that really high level gear you want to sacrifice.

IMO. lets say that you have a weapon Attk value of 200, 230, and 280. start infusing with the smallest number first

15 RepliesPut on the best gear you have to make your light level as high as possible. When you do this encrypt engrams you have to gain better gear. Repeat process.

If you have an alt, wait to work on it. Build up your main and then save a set of high blues. Infuse those in your alts gear and you'll save a lot of time and marks. Also put all engrams on your highest character.
