Who Else Really Likes "Strike Exclusive" Armor?
I got the dark blade helm for my Titan on my first nightfall go. it was Awesome! favorite strike

It would have been better if it was a full set. Imagine Titans walking in the armour of The Mortar man, of the shield brothers, with a giant mortor on there back. Imagine warlocks in the robes of the wizard omnigul. Imagine hunters in the armour of psions, and there capes. Still, though, strike exclusive armour is fantastic. -[i]The guy with no house.[/i]

I haven't run many strikes, and I've gotten 4 treads upon stars and 3 dark blade helmets. Sucks they all drop at crap light!

1 ReplyI absolutely love unique drops...borderlands life.. It'd be a hell of a lot better if each boss dropped a full set of gear, and weapons though. Darkblade would have some sick ass gear...but I wanna see Omnigul and Saber Shank gear. Hehe

Got the gauntlets from the restorative mind strike on my warlock...also got the azoth bend gear (ps exclusive armor)as drops from sublime engrams

I love them but they need to increase drop rates and add like complete sets of armor and weapons.

7 RepliesI love them, but [b]what it takes to get them[/b] is what bothers me. Here me out: I play Hunters exclusively, and I have [b]never[/b] received Hunter specific gear since TTK released. Although, I have been rewarded numerous Titan armor pieces. Through further inspection, I realized that majority of the players experiencing Hunter drops were not playing on a Hunter when they received them. I think it is unfair and ridiculous that I virtually have to delete the characters I have built and love just to get a few cloaks. [b]BUT I WANT THEM SO BAD.[/b] Comment below if you have been rewarded Hunter gear on a Hunter. I'd like to investigate this further.

The armor and weapons are a nice touch, but most of them don't have great perks.

I wouldn't know. RNG hates me. My Titan has run the strikes 20+ times each and still nothing. However, the HMG is pretty awesome.
