9/15 Excuse
How many of you are taking the day off of work or school?
If you are taking it off what was your excuse to request the day off.
Edit 1: Awesome responses! Looks like majority of you all are taking personal days off from work.
Edit 2: keep them post coming! It's interesting seeing how everyone is doing what they can to play on release.
Edit 3: Some of you have awesome bosses that also play destiny and gave you day off. While others are your own boss and just gave yourself the whole week. Lol.

Im taking two days off of school because of a family vacation

I'm actually sick right now. And I don't want to miss school but I won't cry if I can get Tuesday off

None. I will be on night shift so I won't have to split time between gf/Xbox. Omfg, I'll have like 5 hours of uninterrupted game time every day this week... (that's a lot for me)

For a couple Missions, a strike or two and a raid that weekend, when I'm off anyway on the weekend and my bday on the 26th, na. They fooled me for the first DLC with a little over a hour of content then pvp, so first time shame on them. Second time shame on me. Going to work, But i will be on the forums

I'm a stay at home mom. Husband has Tuesday and Wednesday off so both the xb1 and ps4 will be going.

I'll be on overtime come Wednesday, so I'll use PTO for that day and play it Tuesday night after work and all Wednesday. So just me time without the wife and kids... WIN!

1 ReplyMy girlfriend is going on holiday 4am UK time on Tuesday so taking her to the airport I asked my manager for the day off she said find. An hour later she said well you need to use some holiday time and no much left before Xmas so you can have 8 days off ....sometimes I love my boss

1 ReplyIf I didn't JUST start a new job that I love where I'm required to be there my first 90 days, you bet your sweet bippy I'd be taking the day off. But since I can't do that, I'll be waking up and hour and a half early just to get some play in, go to work, then come home and TEAR THE GAME APART!

Lucked into already having Tuesday and Wednesday off every week, but took personal data on Thursday and Friday to ensure raid readiness Friday. So pumped it's ridiculous.

Couldn't take off the 15th. But I did get the 18th-22nd as paid vacation.

Taking 16-20 off but I have to work on 15th. I'll still get about 6 hrs on that day so it's ok.
